1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the TransactionLog mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Wheel Traveler ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject to these Terms.

You may not sublicense, lease, or lend the App. You must comply with all applicable laws when using the App.

3. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify or create derivative works of the App
• Rent, lease, or lend the App
• Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use the App for unlawful purposes or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any code designed to harm the App
• Use the App to transmit defamatory, abusive, or offensive content
• Collect or track personal information about others without consent

4. User Content

"User Content" refers to any data you create, input, or upload using the App (transactions, categories, reminders, etc.).

4.1 Ownership

You retain all rights to your User Content. We claim no ownership of your data. Your financial transactions remain yours.

4.2 License to Us

By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your User Content for the purpose of providing the App's features (local storage, iCloud sync, etc.).

4.3 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that:

• Your User Content is accurate and not misleading
• You have the right to use and share your User Content
• Your User Content does not violate any laws
• Your User Content does not infringe on anyone's rights

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The App, including all content, features, and functionality (code, design, text, graphics, logos), is owned by Wheel Traveler or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

5.1 App Ownership

• TransactionLog is proprietary software
• All source code and compiled code belong to Wheel Traveler
• All UI/UX design is owned by Wheel Traveler
• All trademarks and logos are owned by Wheel Traveler

5.2 Your Rights

These Terms do not grant you ownership of the App. You only have a limited license to use it as described in Section 2.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We Do Not Guarantee:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• The App will meet your specific requirements
• The App will work on all devices or iOS versions
• Third-party services (iCloud, etc.) will always be available
• Your data will never be lost (though we recommend backups)

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Wheel Traveler be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Specifically, We Are Not Liable For:

• Loss of data, financial data, or transactions
• Loss of revenue or business opportunities
• Loss of use or enjoyment of the App
• Interruptions or delays in App availability
• Unauthorized access to your data
• Third-party actions or services

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wheel Traveler and our officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from any claims, damages, or costs (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws
• Your User Content
• Your infringement of any rights

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for any reason, with or without notice, including if you violate these Terms.

Upon Termination:

• Your license to use the App is immediately revoked
• You must stop using the App
• You may delete the App from your device
• Your data will not be automatically deleted (you can request deletion)

Provisions that should survive termination (such as Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Intellectual Property Rights) will continue in effect.

10. Modifications to Terms and App

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or email. Your continued use of the App after modifications means you accept the new Terms.

We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Entire Agreement
